Designed by Fettle, Caramella is part restaurant, part lounge drawing inspiration from 1970s Italy. Tao Group Hospitality’s Chief Culinary Officer, Ralph Scamardella, has created an incredible menu, including original takes on regional Italian favorites, indulgent pasta, and a selection of meats served Tuscan-style with decadent sides à la carte.

Enter through a velvet vestibule and step into 1970s Italy at Caramella Italian Restaurant & Lounge, a chic dining and cocktail collaboration with Tao Group Hospitality. As you venture further inside, you come upon a candy shop stacked with Italian treats and behold a secret door to a moody hidden lounge dressed in ‘70s wallpaper and centered around a mirror mosaic DJ booth. Finally, step out on the terrace for a view and a meal unlike any other on the Las Vegas Strip.
