Mama Bird Southern Kitchen

Mama Bird is a southern inspired kitchen and smokehouse, that celebrates and revives what it means to be home-made and backyard-smoked with a fresh, modern take on traditional dishes. We invite guests to reminisce of a time gone by where southern homes and backyards were always open to welcome in neighbors or folks just passing through. From ole Dixie Fried Chicken to low ’n-slow Smoked Texas Brisket, a home-cooked meal is always wholesome, hearty and good.

There are two locations in the Vegas Valley, one in South Summerlin, and one in Southern Highlands. These locations are perfect for team bonding luncheons, networking mixers, company holiday parties, sports team celebrations, special milestone occasions, board meetings, and more! We can host groups from 8 - 80 on site, and our off-site catering capabilities are endless.

Our South Summerlin location is available for private events Wednesdays and Thursdays!
